Your First ACBuy Order

Before you start

Open the product listing and check the exact colour, size, version and seller information. Then estimate international shipping separately. A low product price can still lead to an expensive parcel if the item is heavy, bulky or restricted to fewer routes.

• Check measurements rather than trusting a size name
• Use the current shipping calculator with your destination
• Read any item-category restrictions shown by ACBuy

Place the item order

Paste the product link into ACBuy, choose the required option, and review the order before paying. The seller still needs to dispatch the item within China. Seller dispatch is not the same as warehouse arrival, so do not expect QC information immediately after payment.

Stop at the warehouse

When the item appears in your warehouse, confirm that the option is correct and look through the available photos. This is the useful decision point: keep it, ask about a visible problem, or check whether the order is still eligible for return. Do this before adding it to an international parcel.

Build and send the parcel

Select the stored items you want to send together. Compare only the routes offered for the actual parcel and destination. Review the estimate, packaging choices, restrictions and declared information before paying. After dispatch, use the parcel number in My Parcels or the official tracking page.
