How to Check ACBuy QC Photos
QC photos appear after warehouse processing. Use them to check visible details before you submit the item in an international parcel.
CHECK / IN ORDER
Four things to check first
Start with the whole item. Small logo details do not matter if the option, shape or size is wrong.
Overall condition
Look for damage, marks, crushing and obvious shape problems.
Construction
Check seams, panel joins, prints, closures and hardware that are visible.
Measurements
Compare any measurement photo with an item that already fits you.
Photos show the received item
ACBuy’s shopping guide says items are inspected, weighed and photographed during storage. That makes the warehouse entry more useful than the seller’s promotional images for checking the physical item received.
Photos do not authenticate it
ACBuy’s order disclosure says the service cannot determine the quality or authenticity of third-party products. Photos also cannot prove material composition, durability, fit, internal electronics or safety.
If something looks wrong
Keep the item out of your parcel. Open the exact order and use Order Inquiry or the official support entry shown there. Return eligibility and deadlines must be checked on ACBuy’s current pages.
