Start with the item you actually ordered
Warehouse photos appear after the item has arrived and been processed. First check the colour, size or version against your order. Promotional photos are useful for comparison, but the warehouse photos are the record of the item that was received.
Shoes
Look at the pair as a whole before zooming into one logo or stitch.
- Overall shape and left-right symmetry
- Panel joins, stitching and visible glue
- Logo placement
- Size label and outsole
- Scuffs, crushing or other obvious damage
Clothing
A size label alone does not tell you how the garment will fit.
- Size tag and any measurement photos
- Print or embroidery placement
- Seams, hems and loose threads
- Visible marks or damage
- Colour differences, allowing for warehouse lighting
Bags and accessories
Check the parts that affect everyday use, not only the front view.
- Overall shape and panel alignment
- Zip, clasp and other hardware
- Stitching and edge finish
- Logo placement
- Interior layout when photographed
What the photos cannot tell you
Warehouse photos do not authenticate a product. They also cannot prove material composition, long-term durability, fit, internal electronics or safety. ACBuy’s product-order disclosure says the service cannot determine product quality or authenticity.
