Use the official calculator with your destination, expected weight, dimensions and item category. It is a planning tool, not a fixed quote. The routes shown during parcel submission are the ones that matter for that parcel.
Why an estimate can change
Carriers may charge by actual weight or by the space a parcel occupies. A bulky parcel can therefore cost more than its scale weight suggests. ACBuy’s guide says the international-shipping deposit is estimated first; the packed parcel is measured later and the difference is adjusted.
Compare the route details, not just the name
Before paying, check the information currently shown for each available route:
- Estimated charge and billing unit
- Weight and size limits
- Whether the item category is accepted
- Tracking and compensation terms
- The displayed delivery estimate
- Any destination-specific notice
Restrictions and customs
Restrictions depend on the item, route and destination. The official calculator includes an item-category field and prohibited-item notice. Customs decisions are made outside this site and cannot be guaranteed by an old guide or a community rule of thumb.
After dispatch
Track with the parcel or tracking number shown in your account. If tracking stops unexpectedly, open the current parcel record and use ACBuy’s official support entry rather than relying on a generic delivery-time promise.
