The short answer
ACBuy is a shopping-agent service. You use it to buy from Chinese shopping platforms, send the order to an ACBuy warehouse, and then arrange international delivery.
It is not the seller of every item and it is not the product directory you are reading now. This site is an independent collection of product finds and practical guides.
What happens to an order
The current official pages describe a purchase stage followed by a separate international-shipping stage:
- Find a product or submit its shopping-platform link
- Choose the option and pay for the item
- Wait for the seller to send it to the warehouse
- Open the warehouse entry and review the available photos and details
- Keep the item or use the order page to check return options
- Select stored items and submit a parcel
- Choose from the shipping routes currently available for that parcel
- Pay international shipping and track the parcel after dispatch
The cost people miss
The item payment does not include delivery from the warehouse to your address. International shipping is paid later, when you submit stored items as a parcel. Check the current shipping calculator before ordering so the second payment is not a surprise.
